Cancellation Policy

In line with others in the beauty industry we will be adhering to our policy on late changes or cancellations. For treatments over an hour a deposit or full payment may be required or in some instances a credit card number will be asked for. Should a voucher be used, please supply the number at the time of booking.

To change or cancel appointments requires 48 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be taken. To book treatments over 60 mins the full cost of the treatment will have to be paid at the time of booking or you may be asked for a 50% deposit and credit card details.

In exceptional circumstances if treatments are rescheduled and taken within 4 weeks 50% of the cancellation fee will be refunded at the scheduled time.

To allow for the smooth running of the salon, and to prevent inconvenience to others, any late arrivals for a treatment will finish at the allotted time.
